What is a chalot?
The small farm outbuildings, called here " cello », are specific to the Vosges. There are nearly 300 of them on this territory. The oldest date from the XNUMXth century. Veritable granaries, grain and flour were stored there, as well as the famous local specialities: Andouilles du Val-d'Ajol and kirsch.
