Implementation and maintenance of digital solutions for the development of the tourist destination
Project summary
The Remiremont Plombières tourist office has worked on the implementation of digital solutions for the development of the tourist destination:
- Development, implementation and maintenance of a mobile application to promote the tourist destination
- Development, installation and maintenance of a cartographic solution on touch tables in the reception areas of the tourist office
- Creation of 2 audio-guided circuits translated into 3 languages and offering a French version adapted to young audiences
The objective of this project is to allow visitors to stay, to extend their stay and thus to consume on the territory by having access to all the information available. By extension, this project participates in the development of the attractiveness and the economy of the territory.
Request for financing
As part of this project, the Remiremont Plombières tourist office is requesting assistance from the FEDER-FSE Lorraine and Vosges massif 2014-2020 operational programme, under the REACT-EU FEDER codification, the purpose of which is as follows: "Ensure the resilience of the regional health system, revive the economy, support the dynamics of energy transition and accompany societal reorganisation through the use of digital technology".

- Reviving the territory's tourist economy following the pandemic
- Maintain and develop tourism-related jobs
- Promote social ties between local actors and tourists
- Respond to the new challenges of tourist consumption, through the use of new technologies
- Limit the environmental impact linked to the printing of tourist guides and brochures

- Provisional ERDF aid: 84 euros including tax (i.e. 089,29% of the total eligible cost of the operation)
