The Girmont-Val-d'Ajol night market has existed for 27 years now. It returns every summer for 10 evenings and with nearly forty exhibitors, 25% of whom come from Girmont-Val-d'Ajol! There are fresh and processed local products, many of which are certified organic, crafts and demonstration of local know-how.

What I like about these night markets? No Friday evening is alike thanks to the different themes offered. Every week, there are therefore various activities around old vehicles, gestures of yesteryear around wood, dairy products or even spruce from the Vosges...

Taste thanks to blond beer, blueberries and all the other products that can be tasted. Not to mention the delicious Girmont tartine made up of toasted bread with munster gratin and bacon bits. If you want to take a break from your shopping and have a little snack, I highly recommend it!

The sense of smell too, when strolling between the stalls of cheeses, Vosges cured meats and good fresh fruit and vegetables.

Hearing and sight finally, with the entertainment, producers and craftsmen who make the night markets of Girmont-Val-d'Ajol so lively and dynamic.

4 years ago now that I discovered this night market. Since then, I have attended every meeting. I really feel like I'm on vacation during the evening, even though I live only an hour away.

What a pleasure to stroll in a green and relaxing setting, to take the time and buy fresh produce and artisanal products. All this in a great, friendly, good-natured, friendly and above all gourmet atmosphere! I stroll in the three main streets and I feast my eyes in front of the different stalls for my greatest pleasure.

The Girmont-Val-d'Ajol night market has become an unmissable summer event for me. And it will inevitably become so for all lovers of authenticity! It's an event to experience at least once, so meet up every Friday evening from the end of June to the end of August, from 18 p.m. to 21 p.m., at Girmont-Val-d'Ajol.
