Our commitments
Accessible information spaces
The tourist office welcomes you to its 4 accessible information areas, in Remiremont (city centre and VTT Stadium), Plombières-les-Bains and Le Val-d'Ajol.
We guarantee you the following in every office:
- Parking spaces nearby, reserved for people with reduced mobility (PRM), close to our offices.
- A tourist guide to the Secret Vosges for people with disabilities, in which you will find all our best addresses, to prepare your stay in complete peace of mind.
- A guide "The Vosges for all" with all accommodations and sites labeled Tourism & Disability in the Vosges.
- Professional, welcoming staff who listen to your needs.
- Staff committed to the "S3A" approach: The S3A pictogram, displayed on counters, in passageways, on products or documents, identifies the structures and services accessible through technical and human resources. It reassures the public and encourages them to explore the establishment by promoting their independence.
