Accessible information spaces
The tourist office welcomes you to its 3 accessible information spaces, in Remiremont, Plombières-les-Bains and Le Val d'Ajol.
We guarantee you:
- Parking spaces nearby, reserved for people with reduced mobility*.
- A tourist guide for people with disabilities, in which you will find all our good addresses, to prepare your stay in complete peace of mind.
- A professional, welcoming and attentive staff who has suitable tools such as a sign language welcome reminder, a “Reception in the Tourist Office” picture book and an “alphabet and numbers” checkerboard for people who do not -verbal.
- For the hearing impaired, our offices have magnetic loops.
- In Remiremont, the Tourist Office has a wheelchair that can be made available to you free of charge, for example, if you wish to follow one of our guided tours.
- At the Maison de la Randonnée in Val-d'Ajol, a lifting platform provides access to our space, in complete safety.

Remiremont office:
- Sanitary facilities open to the public and adapted, paying, PLACE KENNEDY, next to the Police Station, 150 meters from the Tourist Office.
- Adapted public parking in front of the Tourist Office door.
- The spaces reserved for people with disabilities, holders of a European parking card, are free. If no reserved space is available, it is acceptable to park in a paid space, remembering to affix your European parking card.

Val-d’Ajol office:
- Sanitary facilities open to the public and adapted, PLACE DE L'HÔTEL DE VILLE, behind the town hall, 50 meters from the Tourist Office.
- Minute drop-off in front of the Maison de la Randonnée (rue du pont Cherreau), cobblestones on the ground, then access to the platform to enter the Tourist Office.
Plombières-les-Bains office:
- Sanitary facilities open to the public and adapted, Promenade des dames, at the entrance to the car park, 100 meters from the Tourist Office.
- Adapted public parking, between the town hall and the Tourist Office, Place Beaumarchais, less than 50 meters from the Tourist Office, tarmac floor.
