For many years now, theRemiremont Plombieres-les-Bains Tourist Office, located in the Secret Vosges, is strongly committed to labeling the destination.
The Quality approach, obtained on 14/09/2018, brings: professionalism to our structure, service to our customers, and organization to our staff.

Make Tourisme Vosges Secrètes a reference brand in the Grand-Est

How? By relying on a solid and coherent quality strategy and on a network of local partners involved in a lively, dynamic destination, with a strong contribution to local development.

This strategy is based on technical skills and human qualities OT technicians, who through their professionalism, motivation, creativity and engagement develop, develop and promote the territory of the Southern Vosges.

La quality policy of the Remiremont-Plombières Tourist Office, created in consultation with the community (Community of municipalities of the Porte des Vosges Méridionales, CCPVM) thanks to the Tourism Development Plan, is articulated around five main axes:

1/ A welcome of excellence and in the image of our territory

The quality in terms of welcoming our visitors is a priority. For this, we are committed to:

  • Listen to the needs and expectations of our visitors.
  • Have a solid knowledge of the territory in order to provide reliable, precise and up-to-date information.
  • Work on a reception and information distribution scheme that adapts to all our visitors.
  • Share our passion and our love for the territory and be a living source of information.
  • Educate visitors, partners and citizens about the preservation of our environment.
  • Accompany our visitors in the organization of their stay and be proactive.

2/ Realistic and measurable objectives to assess the quality of our services

Work around simple, realistic and above all measurable objectives and rely on management and performance measurement tools in order to periodically evaluate our actions and their impact on our visitors.

For this, we are committed to:

  • Set up quality performance monitoring using marketing tools such as satisfaction questionnaires and the creation of action plans.
  • Periodically evaluate our costs with the objectives set and establish an analysis of the return on investment. This action will allow us to know the effectiveness of our actions and to modify our promotion and communication plan if necessary.

3/ Ensure the quality of our services with local service providers

The Tourist Office lives thanks to the various local service providers and the commitment they maintain with the tourist development of the territory. In this sense and in order to ensure quality vis-à-vis our visitors and our service providers, we are committed to:

  • Listen to the needs and expectations of our service providers.
  • Know their offer to better promote it.
  • Support our service providers and inform them of developments in tourism legislation, booking tools or visitor behavior in the territory.

4/ Working with the Tourism Development Plan

The Tourist Office, in conjunction with the CCVM, must implement the actions recorded in the Tourism Development Plan in order to bring the agreed roadmap to life and in order to ensure the quality of its services. The three main axes of this scheme are:

Communicate :

  • Build and structure a tourist destination around a unifying marketing positioning.
  • Improve the visibility of our tourist attractiveness.
  • Strengthen and improve the dissemination of tourist information on the territory.
  • Identify the key vectors for the promotion of the territory.

To welcome :

  • Redefine target audiences.
  • Enhance the tourist specificities of the territory.
  • Identify the tourist offer thanks to adapted supports.
  • Identify the event offer.

Arrange :

  • Networking professionals, elected officials, the Tourist Office.
  • Sustain partnerships with institutions: Vosges Departmental Council, Lorraine Tourism, Massif des Vosges, etc.

5/ Vosges Secrètes, a collective notoriety tool

Vosges Secrètes is the brand created by the CCPVM to increase the notoriety of the territory in the tourist field but also in the economic, cultural and sporting field.

This brand, available under the name Tourisme Vosges Secrètes, aims to ensure the quality of our territorial marketing by offering interesting, quality and up-to-date information to our visitors and potential tourists.
